Anthony Donovan began working in landscaping in 1993. Hailing from the Emerald Isle, Anthony moved to America when he was 19 and raised his family in Billerica, Massachusetts. After spending time on Roger Cook’s crew, Anthony started Emerald Irrigation & Landscape Construction. As a small business owner in Greater Lowell, Anthony prides himself on providing excellent customer service and beautiful results.
